What is MYBATI?
MYBATI is a customer relationship management system designed uniquely for logistics and transportation . With MYBATI, customers of Bati Innovative Logistics can access cargo status information, current account statements, invoices, cargo statistics and reports.
Cargo status information is being updated automatically every 5 minutes depending on the GPS locations of vessels and planes. Transfer details (if available) are also updated automatically due to integration with the systems operated by airlines and shipowners.
